TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company REGINE NAHMANI and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website REGINENAHMANI.COM.
2. Acceptance of Terms
The purchase of products on the REGINE NAHMANI website implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are fine and hard gold and precious stone jewelry. Each piece of jewelry is described and presented with the utmost precision. The product photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the offered product, particularly concerning colors.
4. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). REGINE NAHMANI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
5. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. REGINE NAHMANI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is an existing dispute over the payment of a previous order.
6. Payment
Payment for orders is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method indicated on the site. The products remain the property of REGINE NAHMANI until full payment of the price.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of order. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are indicated before the order is validated. Delivery times are given as an indication and are not guaranteed. REGINE NAHMANI cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to transport services.
8. Withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. This only applies to jewelry in stock and not to pre-orders or custom creations. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their resale in new condition. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
9. Warranties
All products supplied by REGINE NAHMANI benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it can be returned, repaired, or exchanged.
10. Liability
REGINE NAHMANI cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage that may occur due to the purchase of the products. REGINE NAHMANI's liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the REGINENAHMANI.COM site remain the intellectual and exclusive property of REGINE NAHMANI. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or audio. The jewelry represented remains the unique property of REGINE NAHMANI in terms of their form and design. Any identical or partial reproduction is prohibited.
12. Personal Data
REGINE NAHMANI is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which they may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning the buyer is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.
13. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
